      Glad to help! Keep it simple: get to love bone broth (so many good flavor combinations out there!) and cook with or drink it daily, and explore fermentation, which is a great way to introduce and sustain your gut (digestion) with good bacteria-probiotics. Why food and not just a pill? Pills are expensive and do not contain nearly as many beneficial bacteria as a fermented food-and why pay way more for a pill when will always need to eat food? Use food to your advantage to lose weight and sustain losses! These two inclusions into whatever you choose to eat will help you lose weight 🙂
